Ideas

Location- location needs to look urban because it has to look similar to South London. Flats and industrial areas would be the ideal place to film. Even better than this would be London itself, then we would not have to change places, but could do all filming in one location. I would use close ups of rubbish, drugs and working class people to reinforce this point to my audience.

Character- Only one character is shown in the opening sequence, gender will be male (decided by group) Character would have to be young (16 year old ideally). The character will be easily lead and would conform to other groups. short hair to imitate hair of London youths. The right height is important, we want a medium height character (5.7 to 6 foot). Any other details are not important to our character. 

Clothing- the clothing that would be worn by the main character would follow the dress codes of South London youths in the 21st centre. This would be hoodies, tracksuits and hats. One of the points I will go on to say in my blog is about how clothing will represent the thoughts and feelings of the character who is wearing the clothes. A good example of this effect would be Breaking Bad, I will write about how this works later on in my blog.
